This Privacy Policy explains how Dow Blue LLC ("Dow Blue," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit dowbluellc.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. We are a medical courier company based at 1940 Fountain View Dr #444, Houston, TX 77057.

1. Please do not send patient information

Do not include patient names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, prescriptions, or any other protected health information (PHI) in a form on this Site, in the chat assistant, or in an email to our general addresses. Information we handle while performing courier services for a healthcare client is governed by our agreements with that client and applicable law, not by this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on the Site, we collect what you enter:

Driver applications: name, phone number, email address, service area, vehicle type, availability, and any notes you add.
Client account requests: organization name and type, pickup location, your name and title, phone number, email address, services needed, estimated volume, desired start date, cold chain and Business Associate Agreement needs, and any details you add.
Quote requests: name, organization, phone number, email address, service needed, and details of the request.

We also collect information you share when you call us or email us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. We use this to operate and secure the Site.

Chat assistant. The assistant on the Site answers questions using preset content that runs in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us or stored by us.

3. How we use information

To respond to quote requests and questions;
To review client account requests and set up service;
To review driver applications and contact applicants about screening and onboarding;
To operate, maintain, and secure the Site and prevent spam and abuse;
To meet legal, insurance, and regulatory obligations and to enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use form submissions for advertising.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

Service providers. Companies that help us operate the Site and receive your messages, such as our website hosting and form-processing provider (Netlify) and our email provider. They may process your information only to provide services to us.
Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dow Blue, our clients, or others.
Business changes. In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business.

5. Cookies and third-party content

The Site does not currently use advertising cookies. The Contact page includes an embedded Google Map, and Google may collect information about your visit to that page under its own privacy policy. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, such as Google Analytics or Google Ads, we will update this policy to describe them.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including to evaluate applications and requests, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information as described below.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. 9. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Driver applicants must be of legal age to work and drive.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
