These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dowbluellc.com (the "Site"), operated by Dow Blue LLC ("Dow Blue," "we," "us"), a medical courier company in Houston, Texas. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides information about our courier services and lets you request quotes, request a client account, and apply to drive. Information on the Site, including answers from the chat assistant, is general in nature and is not medical, legal, or compliance advice.

2. Quotes and service requests are not contracts

Submitting a quote request or client account request does not create a contract or guarantee that we can provide service. Pricing, timing, coverage area, and handling requirements are confirmed by Dow Blue directly. Courier services are provided under the terms we agree with each client, which may include a service agreement or Business Associate Agreement where required.

3. Driver applications

Submitting a driver application does not guarantee work or create an employment or contractor relationship. Dow Blue works with independent contractor drivers, and any engagement is subject to screening and a separate written agreement. You agree that the information in your application is accurate and complete, and you authorize us to contact you about it.

4. No patient information

Do not submit patient names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, prescriptions, or other protected health information through the Site. If you do, we may delete it without notice. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully or to submit false or misleading information; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; use automated tools to scrape the Site or send spam through its forms; or impersonate another person or organization.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, logo, and graphics, belongs to Dow Blue or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, modify, or reuse the Site's content or branding without our written permission.

7. Third-party links and content

The Site may link to or embed third-party content, such as a map. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dow Blue and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for the Site is limited to the extent permitted by law. Liability for courier services is governed by the agreement for those services and not by these Terms.

10. Changes

We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top shows when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
